OVERVIEW
County Physical Therapy has grown since opening our doors in 1987 to encompass more than just the treatment of sports and orthopedic conditions, but to offer a diversification of services to help treat a broad spectrum of issues under one roof. Our staff believes in expeditious set up of appointments so that the patient can start their rehabilitation soon after the physician or mid-level provider requests it.
CPT also offers “Direct Access” to patients which means that a patient can see a Physical Therapist without a physician referral for a brief evaluation and recommendation. This visit usually consists of the therapist communicating with your provider to help improve the continuity of care.
The staff at County Physical Therapy from administration to the therapists are very courteous, kind, and compassionate about their work. They not only go to continuing education courses, but have held many CME continuing education courses in their own facilities. Ultimately, our goal is to make sure that each patient reaches their maximum rehabilitation potential and has improved quality of life not only at work but also at home.
